Clarkston's Easter Egg hunt

We went with Parker and Addi out to Clarkston's egg hunt and then to Lee's Easter station hopper and got lots of goodies; cookies, suckers, string cheese, laffy taffy, toothbrush, fruit snacks, and chocolate milk. We also saw the Easter Bunny at Lee's, Teydon loved him and kept wanting to go back to see him. He wasn't scared at all of him, walked right up gave him a five and was all smiles for a picture.

We also had fun as a family coloring eggs, both Dan and Teydons first times! Love my little family!

St. Patty's Day fun!

I always remember growing up, a leprechaun would come to our house and make a mess, looking for his gold. Just a little something but I remember still today so I want to make those same memories for Teydon. I've enjoyed making little holidays something fun and Teydon makes them so much fun, I love this age and his excitement and curiosity! It's fun when he notices things like his door is decorated and different. He talked about the leprechaun messing up his house and peeing in his toilet for a week afterwards. He wouldn't have anything to do with our green milk that the leprechaun had changed for us. It was so much fun to celebrate with him.

Feb. 14 2013, Valentines day we had an appt. for an ultrasound to make sure baby is healthy and to find out if its a boy or girl. The appt. was for 9:30, but they're 3D ultrasound broke so it made them get backed up and an hour behind so we weren't able to find out until 10:30, and we didn't get any 3D pics :(. We got some pics but not really any good ones. They said we could reschedule, but I couldn't wait any longer to know boy or girl, and it'll cost an extra $100 to go in for just a 3D ultrasound. I feel like I'm missing out a little bit cause i dont really have any good pics of the baby. Maybe well save up some money and get some 3D, but not for now. At least ill get some good pics when its born. The baby is completely healthy and everything looks perfect!! Teydon loved hearing the heart beat, aka shark, and kept asking to hear it. He was so exited to see the baby on the computer, and tv. He probably loved it just as much as I did, I could just watch it all day. Anyone wanna buy me an ultrasound machine :). After the appt. we went to ARS to take some pics to announce the gender. We are excited to be having another baby BOY! And excited for Teydon to have a little brother, buddy. He kept saying he wanted a sister but guess he'll have to wait for that. Biggest problem we have now is we don't have any names picked for a boy, Boys are so hard to name. Hopefully we come up with one before he's born.

Teydon is 3!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my favorite 3 year old!! We celebrated the day with hanging out with Dad in the morning, then after a nap dad and uncle Mike took Teyd shooting guns. That evening we met some friends; Parker and Addi, and family at McDonalds for some fun on the slides. After that more family came over to the house for cake and ice cream, and PRESENTS! Teyd got spoiled as usual, with tractors, a new balance bike, clothes, and to grab money out of grandma Susan's treasure box. We love our little Teydor bug so much and are so grateful for him in our lives!

Teydon's Cutenesses:
- always asks for dad all throughout the day and gets so excited when he finally comes home!
- "Hey dad/mom I got to ask you a question?"
- he has found his imagination and uses it daily.
- he loves: tractors, firetrucks, dump trucks, rockets, space ships, the iPad, outside, friends; any kid he sees is considered his friend, building things, "dad's" bed, fruit, ("wagermelon", strawberries, gapes) olives, quesadillas, bread, to be chased, hide and seek.
-"Eligator" is elevator
-"That gave me a good idea." "I have a good idea." "That be a good idea."
-"Hang on a sec, dad/mom."
-he hates: going to sleep, being told no, leaving places, potatoes of any sort.

He makes us so happy and is always entertaining us! His loves list is a lot bigger than hates which makes him a very easy and fun kid!

Nickole's Baby Shower!

I had a blast putting this Baby shower together! There are so many cute ideas to do with a Zebra themed shower on the internet and I think I did all of them! I couldn't help myself they were all so cute! It all came together exaclty how I pictured it, pretty proud of myself! Now I don't know what to do with my time. My craftiness really came out for this shower. The mom had already had the baby and they dont make mommy sashes so I made my own, which I ended up liking better cause I was able to personalize it. It took me 4 resews  and measuring it on myself in front of the mirror multiple times to get it to fit right, but worth it. We had so much fun and sugar highs from all the goodies!

 Sock Match game: be the fastest to match all the socks together.

 

Bottle Drinking Contest:

The 'girls' at the party wanted to drink the bottles and after a few minutes of them not finishing them their moms took over for them! Everyone's jaws were in pain after.

January FUN!

 Teydon's first time playing on his sled he got from Santa! Him and dad had a blast, it was freezing cold but still tons of fun! I love watching Teydon having fun, smiling, and laughing!

 

On January 18th I got to meet my brothers baby girl Skylynn, she is adorable and so tiny. You forget how small newborns are. Its a good thing I'm pregnant cause she made me very baby hungry! I couldn't get enough of holding and watching her, so precious! We stayed at a hotel in Twin while up there meeting Sky. Teydon loves it and loved that he got to play in the pool with daddy this time, they have a blast with each other! I love my boys so so much!!

Yesterday we got a big snowstorm, while at church for 2 hrs I got 1.5-2 inches of snow on my car and it kept snowing all day! When Dan got home from a training him and Teyd played in the snow. Teydon is just like his daddy and LOVES the stuff!! The cold doesnt bother him at all, except when it gets on his face but who could blame him. He's my little snowman! It makes me so glad that we have such a fun, tough, little guy that can hang with dad in the freezing cold and have a blast while doing it.

December was full of family, fun, and snow!

 Temple Square lights with Roberts' fam!It was so busy and crowded took people an hour to find a parking spot and then to walk around was crazy. Think we'll wait until after Christmas to check them out next year.

 

 Christmas Eve at NewMyer's. Every Christmas Eve we go out to Dan's mom's for presents, rice crispy treats and chocolate milk.

 

 Christmas morning checking out what Santa brought and opening presents from mom and dad. Teydon is still a little confused about Santa cause he never saw him at our house, so just figures mom and dad gave him presents. He'll catch on one of these years. Dan got a helicopter from Teyd and I, when he opened it Teyd thought it was the coolest thing and then asked me where his helicopter present was at. He's always making us smile!

 Christmas with the Roberts' Fam! Teydon got super spoiled, with lots of train stuff! We spent the morning at our house then at 2 went to my dad's opened presents and had lunch then went to Henefer to visit with Roberts'

 

Christmas with Grandma Becky! We went to Morgan for an adult Christmas party, that Saturday, at my grandmas and opened presents from my mom and Sam. Again Teydon was SPOILED! We had a wonderful Christmas and was so glad for a white Christmas. In between Christmas events (Dec. 26-28), Teydon and I went with Dan to Rock Springs and stayed in a hotel and played in the pool while dad worked at he ARS up there. It was fun to get away, except that the first day there I had my once a week all day throw up day, so Teyd just hung out in the room and took long showers. The next day I felt better and we were able to go play in the pool.

On Dec. 27 our niece Burklee Cruze was born 11 weeks early, her mom developed HELLP Syndrome (liver enzymes get too high) and it got too unhealthy for her and the baby to be pregnant anymore. She was 2 lbs 8 oz, 15 inches and very healthy and strong. She has been called the Miracle baby by her dr.s cause she has not had any set backs and keeps impressing them. She is now 3 lbs 11 oz! We love her so much, Teydon talks about her alot saying how tiny and cute she is, he's only been able to see pics of her and already loves her so much! They're gonna be best buds! We are so grateful for the many blessings we experience in life everyday and know that our Heavenly Father is watching over us and is there to help us through trials.
